and finally, my work

I am currently working in education and innovation for North Coast Institute, TAFE NSW. The North Coast of NSW is a great place to live and TAFE is a great place to work.

My role involves supporting teachers with their e-Learning and technology needs (I work with the Learning Technology Team, check out our wiki and the team blog).

I assist with and Project Manage  resource development and building courses in the Moodle LMS. I work on various web projects, assist staff with funding applications, project management and I have been asked to run sessions on engaging generations X & Y.

I love exploring new and emerging technologies and their possible application in teaching and learning practices. I have really enjoyed exploring Second Life, see lots of potential to integrate using Web 2.0 tools, love collaborating using social networking sites, am interested in exploring mobile technology, where would I be without RSS, moblogging, blogging and wiki’s?
