I have worked at North Coast TAFE since 2002. Whilst employed by this organisation I have been involved in & collaborated on many projects, both internally and state-wide with a particular focus to drive eLearning forward through;

My current role as Learning Resource Development Officer/ Knowledge Management sees me supporting faculties with project management, eLearning resource development (in a range of media) and resource management, copyright & accessibility standards. I am currently the system administrator of our Learning Content Management System (LCMS), Equella. I one of the Moodle Learner Management System (LMS) & Adobe Connect (web conferencing) administrators at North Coast TAFE. I also work for Organisational Development, responsible for planning and delivering technology training (professional development) to staff. Roles include; Part Time Information Technology Teacher, Project Manager, and Instructional Designer.

(includes; support facilitation of showcases, hands-on training sessions, technology workshops and faculty presentations).  

  • 2009-2010: Part of North Coast TAFE Facilitation Network, facilitating workshops and conversations throughout the organisation, including, strategic campus conversations.
  • 2003-2006: Delivered and coordinated online and face to face training in Information Technology and Website Development courses from Cert II to Cert IV levels. TAFE NSW – North Coast Institute
  • 2003-2004: Delivered face to face training for the Tourism & Hospitality faculty from Cert II to Cert IV level for TAFE NSW – North Coast Institute

Research and Resources

  • Research Wiki - This is where I collate and share my learning and resources gathered along the way. I use this space for both online and face to face presentations (it’s a bit out of date)
  • Learning Technology Team Blog (project manager, team leader) - e-Learning community of practice at North Coast TAFE (2007 – 2009). We used this space to share success stories and disseminate information about new, and emerging technologies, conferences or workshops attended for the duration of the two year project.
