Hi, In the time survey I am not available Tuesdays as I teach all day- but the survey will not let me not choose a Tuesday time! So please disregard my Tuesday choice.

Hi Lexie, Regan, Helen and Linda,

Just a quick note to thank you for leaving a comment on my blog.

One of the tips I learnt recently is to comment on other people’s blogs when you can, but I find time a big problem.

You are all so busy. So thanks for taking the time to read and comment on the blog post.

If you would like to leave the address of your site (if you have a blog) when you leave a comment, I will return the favour and comment on yours. This would be a great way to build a little LTT blog community and you will get some ideas how to carry this type of communication through with your students.

Cheers and thanks,
Alex

Hi Sue,
Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you on this one. I have been very busy!

Are you kidding? Do you think people will go and fill out a form on a voluntary basis? LOL – not in my experience!

Actually, I did think about all of your questions. You can set a password for the form, but that throws up another barrier to any new users and as a trial, I have asked for responses by email as well.

Not everyone has voted yet, but I will publish the wufoo report so you can all see it.

Regards,
Alex

Hi Alex -

Confidence is a dynamic state - and some days I get the elearning stuff, and other days I feel like I'm floundering. I think it's called learning - which is why our name (LTT) is so apt.

The learning will happen for us in our own way - some of us will jump on board right away - some of us watch the circuit a couple of times and then get on, some of us won't even do that. But its OK, isn't it??

Hi Alex,

I believe the tasks we are taking on as members of the Learning Technologies Teams are challenging, exhilarating, sometimes scary, but most importantly....pioneering. The results of our explorations into electronic teaching and learning tools will greatly benefit our current and future NCI students, and also I believe, the quality of relationships between staff within and across faculties. Its a credit to the Institute that it values the development of these teaching and learning skills.

The digital world is upon us and throwing us more information than we sometimes feel we can deal with. However the support from The Hub, and also the space and safety to explore and experiment in our own ways, sustains our journeys. Each and every time I have required information or support to fulfill my role as a WeLC, a friendly and helpful response has come straight back at me!

Congratulations and thank you to you all..... especially Alex, Des and Arabella for taking the helm :)

Hi Alex

The Wufoo looks really cool but maybe I am missing something as a visitor to your site if I clicked on the times/dates wouldn't these register. And how would you know if all your participants had replied? and not some stranger?
