<p>How about a tour around the world? Try <a title="Download Google Earth" href="http://earth.google.com/tour/" target="_blank">Google Earth</a> <em>(demo&#8217;s, downloads, instructions)</em>.</p>
<p>Google Earth uses Google Search technology, satellite imagery,         maps, terrain and 3D buildings to give you a birds-eye view of the globe.</p>
<p>Using Google Earth, not only can you visit places around the world. You can placemark them, put organise them into folders and then  <a title="Google Tour" href="http://earth.google.com/userguide/v4/tutorials/movies.html" target="_blank">automate your tour</a>, save it as a movie, upload to your site and carry it around on your flash drive/iPod. make sure you check ot the <a title="Hints &amp; Tips" href="http://www.googletouring.com/hints.php" target="_blank">Hints &amp; Tips</a> first.</p>

<li>Take your students to historic places around the globe</li>
<li>Get rich multimedia content from National Geographic and web communities</li>
<li>Upload your tour to <a href="http://www.googletouring.com/" target="_blank">Google Touring</a> and send the link to anyone</li>
