Mum’s Chocolate Peanut Slice
I think this is an adaptation of a Nigella Lawson recipe. I don’t care where it comes from, it’s yum!
- 1 block milk chocolate
- half block of dark chocolate
- one tablespoon syrup
- 125grm butter
- 1/2 – 3/4 of a 250gm packet of salted peanuts
- One crunchie crumbled.
Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a saucepan, then add the peanuts crumbled crunchie. Pour/spread into an oiled lamington size tin and refrigerate for four hours.
Mum suggests letting it stand out of the fridge for around 15mins before getting it out fo the tin so it comes out glossy.
